kitchen was given priority, which, because of its size, neatness
and hygiene, can be compared with an operating theatre.
Four sushimen and five assistants are part
of the team that makes the sushi from Monday to Sunday.
The kitchen is the suitable room where the nine cooks work
together, synchronized in a cordial atmosphere with respect
to the Japanese culture.
