Its Owners

Sushi Furusato Delivery was born as an idea of the Trosman brothers: Eduardo and Norberto. The firm started to develop when its owners, lovers of Japanese food, brought to life a gastronomic enterprise with excellence, dedication and warmth as its main ingredients.

The Kitchen, The Art Centre
In a recycled large house the place of the kitchen was given priority, which, because of its size, neatness and hygiene, can be compared with an operating theatre.

Four sushimen and five assistants are part of the team that makes the sushi from Monday to Sunday. The kitchen is the suitable room where the nine cooks work together, synchronized in a cordial atmosphere with respect to the Japanese culture.
